Shelli Gardner, Stampin' Up! CEO, recently posted some samples from a set in the Sale-a-bration Brochure that I thought you would like to see. I love the color combination, don't you? The 2011-2013 In-Colors are featured throughout the brochure and these two are striking ~ Wisteria Wonder and Lucky Limeade. The stamp set featured is Elementary Elegance on page 15 in the brochure. It is a set of 7 and one I will be using at my upcoming THIRD THURSDAY CLASS next week on the 16th ~ join me for some fun! We might even try this card!
Remember ~ the stamp set is FREE ~ that's the whole reason for Sale-a-bration ~ FREE GOODIES! Thanks for stopping by! Susan Elise
Here is a great card sample using our New Pennant stamp set and a few new In-Colors. It's so colorful and uses Daffodil Delight along with three of our new In-colors: Pool Party, Wisteria Wonder and Calypso Coral.
This card was created by fellow demonstrator Amy O'Neill and was just too cute not to share. I can tell this new Pennant Parade stamp set is going to be a favorite!! When you layer the shapes using the Petite Pennants Builder punch, the skies the limit! This can be used for so many different occassions and events. I just love it!
Stampin' Up!'s Strength and Hope Campaign (supporting breast cancer research) will continue until August 31. I wanted to share a few samples created by fellow demonstrators to show you what a wonderful set this is and what beautiful cards you can create.....
Please add my upcoming event, my Bobie Party in support of the Tidewater Chapter of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, on Saturday afternoon, July 23, to your calendar. We will be creating cards with the set, Strength & Hope, and making 'bobbie' cards for you to send to friends to remind them to schedule their mammogram. If you have all ready purchased the Strength and Hope stamp set and would like to share your samples, I would LOVE to showcase them on my blog. Contact me for more information.
Sale-a-Bration is half over and the excitement is still high. This years catalog has such a variety of products to earn as well as the chance to earn products from the regular catalog. I thought I would post a few samples for you to create with your new products. Enjoy!
Fabric is one of the industry's hottest trends right now, and the best part is, you don't even need to be a seamstress to get in on the action! Below you will see a few projects created with Stampin' Up!'s Big Shot. A Ponytail holder, a Quilt square, baby's Onesie, a Memory Book cover and a Headband:
You can create gorgeous fabric accessories and home décor, all without ever touching a sewing machine. There are myriad of options for seamstresses and non-seamstresses alike, and now you can create fabric-oriented projects that you can be proud of! My class on Sunday using the Flower Folds die (page 201 in the Idea Book & Catalog) can get you on your way!

If you enjoy crafting during the holidays and want to set a pretty Thanksgiving table you might consider adding these cute pumpkins to the center or using them to hold up place cards at each person's place.
The pumpkins were originally made by fellow demonstrator, Georgia Giguere. The largest pumpkin is made with 12 of the Scallop Circle die cuts and takes 3 pieces of 12 x 12 card stock.
Since you may have some Sale-A-Bration products by now, I thought I would share some samples to show you just what you can do with those products.
Here is a sample created by Canadian Demonstrator Andrea Walford. She used 3 products from the Sale-A-Bration catalog as follows:
Polka Dot Punches stamp set
Congratulations stamp set
Delicate Dots Designer Series Paper
The other supplies include the Full Heart Punch and brads of your choice. Sahara Sand, Basic Black, Kiwi Kiss and Bashful Blue Cardstock. The card uses Basic Black Classic Ink. This is a great card for any occasion.
This next sample uses the Delicate Dots Designer Series paper and the Botanical Blooms stamp set from the Sale-A-Bration catalog. It also uses the Garden Greetings stamp set but you could use any sentiment stamp set.
You finish it off with Sahara Sand, Bashful Blue and Whisper White cardstock and the Scallop Edge Punch with a soft subtles brad for the accessories.

This is a very pretty card coming from Canadian demonstrator Ally Fereday by way of Jenn Tinline (also in Canada). I thank them for the lovely card and share it here. It's so soft and great for the spring. You can really use any sentiment for any occasion.
