  HAPPY HALLOWEEN BIG SHOT STYLE!!  This little owl is made with Stampin' Up!'s Top Note die folded over one of our large cello bags that contains the 'goodies'.  Our circle punches and the scalloped circle punch make his eyes.  Along with some google eyes from the craft store.  His beak is one petal of our 5-petal flower punch.  Enjoy your evening!  Susan Elise

Simply Adorned Update

If you have received the Holiday Mini Catalog, you're probably waiting to order products from our new Simply Adorned product line; however, Stampin' Up! has had quality issues with these products and does not want to release it until the situation is rectified.

Unfortunately, Stampin' Up! was not aware of these issues when the Simply Adorned products were included in the Holiday Mini Catalog and they have not been able to make them available as they had originally planned.

Please know that Stampin' Up! is doing everything they can to resolve these issues and release the Simply Adorned product line.  I will let you know as soon as I can about their availability and will be scheduling a gift-giving class to include these wonderful new pieces! 

Double double toil & trouble

Sarah Rock recently ordered from Stampin' Up's Definitely Decorative catalog of decor elements ~ contemporary wall art created in vinyl.  She was so excited to pick up her order and rushed right home to add them to her front door.  She emailed me right back with the picture of her door and a note that said, "Oh, my goodness, they were so quick and easy and look GREAT!!  i want to leave them up all year!!  I will for sure be getting some for Christmas and maybe a year round one too!"

Textured Impressions Embossing Folder Change

Our Textured Impressions embossing folders currently have an arrow on them that indicates the direction to insert them into the Sizzix Big Shot. Stampin' Up! has determined that it doesn't matter which edge of the embossing folder you insert into the Big Shot, so they are removing the arrow on all Textured Impressions embossing folders, those that are available now and those we will offer in the future. This change will not affect the performance of the folders. If you already have an embossing folder and expect to see an arrow on the embossing folders you purchase in the future, please know that the embossing folder will work properly no matter which edge you insert into the Big Shot.   As always, if you have any concerns regarding your Stampin' Up! products, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Many Marvelous Markers Contest

Have you tried our marvelous Markers?  How about creating a marvelous card, only to get frustrated when you couldn't find a marker the right color to match? With Stampin' Up!'s exclusive coordinating color families, that will never happen again.

 

You can achieve a soft, watercolor look with them as well.  Just outline your image with a Stampin' Write marker, and then use a blender pen, Aqua Painter, or water-dampened watercolor brush to pull and
blend the marker colors into the area you desire.

 

You can custom-color images by coloring directly on the stamp. Use the flexible brush tip on its side to shade and blend colors right on the rubber. The fine point lets you easily color small areas of the stamp.
