National Scrapbooking Month Ends Today

If you are a scrapbooker, this has probably been your favorite month.  If you're not a scrapbooker, you can still get some great products and start today!

For the entire month of May, Stampin' Up! has been celebrating National Scrapbooking month.  Stampin' Up! is having a sale on many scrapbooking items this month so it's a great time to stock up on what you need or get what you have always wanted. Click the banner to see the items and for more information.

May 29 ~ Fabulous!

Doesn't this card just make you happy?  This stamp set is gorgous and there are so many things that you can do with it!  And, Stampin' Up! coordinated some fabulous designer series paper to go with it ~ BEYOND THE GARDEN.

The stamp set is FABULOUS FLORETS, #123027, and you can find it on page 22 & 23 in the Summer Mini.  It is a set of 6 and includes one of my favorite quotes by e.e.cummings ~ "the earth laughs in flowers".

Flower Fest!

Love the intensity of Stampin' Up!'s Pacific Point color used in the flower above.  And, just a note ~ Stampin' Up! will not be making lots of color changes this year when the new catalog comes out on July 1.  Last year there were lots of changes and it really took a while to get used to them!  My NEW CATALOG OPEN HOUSE is scheduled for July 23 ~ put it on your calendar!  You'll be hearing lots more about it ~ this is the SAVE THE DATE!

This stamp set is FLOWER FEST, #122280, and you can find it on page 20 in the Summer Mini Catalog.  It coordinates with Stampin' Up! punches ~ five of them!  So, if you have the 1 3/8" Circle, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle, Fancy Flower, 5-Petal FLower and Butterfly Punches you really need to check this set out.

May 27 ~ Summer Splash

There are so many cute kids stamp sets in the SUMMER MINI CATALOG and this is just one of them.  SUMMER SPLASH, #123037, is a set of 7 that just yells SUMMER!!!!  There is even a JUMBO WHEEL ~ FISH FRENZY ~ that coordinates with the stamp set.  Check it out on page 17 and, it's another great set for scrapbooking!

On the Grow

Don't you just love this card???  I love everything about it!  And, the part that you can't see in the picture is the water in the jar ~ CRYSTAL EFFECTS OF COURSE!

This stamp set, ON THE GROW, #123077, on page 14 in Stampin' Up!'s Summer Mini Catalog is a set of 4.  One of the stamps is a cute scooter.  Vina Lou, one of my friends and customers, has been looking for a scooter for years and she was so thrilled to see this one.  Hers was my first order from the Summer Mini ~ she couldn't wait!!!

Travel Log ~ great for scrapbooks!

TRAVEL LOG, #123082, is a great scrapbooking stamp set but it can also be used for cards.  Check it out on page 12 in the Summer Mini Catalog.  This graduation card is for Emily but she won't receive it until we return from our trip.  She is a lovely young lady, our across the street friend, who we watched grow up and now she is graduating!  We wish her the very best.

May 24 SMC sample

This card uses the stamp set, SAIL AWAY, #123013 from the Mini.  Stampin' Up! coordinated these sets so well with the Nautical Expedition designer series paper.  All of my STAMP CLUB members made this stamp set this month (one more club meeting on Tuesday, May 31!).  Stamp Clubs are a great way to learn new techniques (this one is dry embossing) and use new Stampin' Up! products.  I have an opening so let me know if you are interested.

Summer Mini on Parade...

PRETTY POSTAGE stamp set, #123097, is a set of four stamps that coordinate with Stampin' Up!'s new POSTAGE STAMP PUNCH, #122344, used to punch out the centerpiece of this card.  You can see the punch and the stamp set on page 10 and 11 in the Summer Mini.

The Open Sea

I thought I would show you some additional samples of this beautiful stamp set, THE OPEN SEA,#123032, on page 9 in Stampin' Up!'s Summer Mini Catalog.  I think this stamp, and the designer series paper, is perfect for some fabulous scrapbook pages!
