Consider this possibility...

You could be a Southern Star!  I would love to have you as a member of my Stampin' Up! team and, during August, there is a special that you will love!

Halloween Recruiting promo
This Howl-o-ween Project Kit is Stampin' Up!'s gift to anyone who becomes a Demonstrator in August.  So, besides the fact that the Starter Kit is very reasonable, $99 (valued at $125 w free shipping), and that YOU make all the decisions about WHAT is in the kit, this project is a great little home decor piece for the upcoming season.

Halloween Treats for All
Halloween is right around the corner and this would look great in your home!  Call me, 757-641-9354, and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.  Or, send me an email ~ here ~ and we will get back to you in a hurry!  Thanks for stopping by!

Janie's Card 3
Janie sent me pictures of three cards that she made recently using the Triple Time Stamping Technique. Thank you, Janie ~ they are terrific.  And, I will be using this technique in my August Stamp Clubs.  Janie has been a member of the Wild Wasabi Women stamp club for years!  They are a great group of ladies!

Janie's card 2

What's a stamp club?  Janie and her group meet once a month in the Cat/Art Studio to make two stamping projects and learn a new technique that they can use to make their own cards and album pages.  Each one of the members receives Hostess Benefits and a monthly Studio Special ~ usually a product discount or a product share unavailable to non-club members.

Janie's Card 1
The stamp club is free with a purchase of $25 at each club meeting.  Club members enjoy the privilege of being the first to see SU promotions & announcements.  And, the first to learn the special tips and tricks of working with Stampin' Up!'s new products.  Let me know if you are interested  ~ Email me today!

Stampin' Up! convention 2012

Blog_july12_conv_1
I have been home a week from convention and I am finally feeling a little bit more organized.  That won't last long as my Catalog Open House is this coming weekend and I have lots to do before then!!!  The picture above is everyone who wants to attend my Open House ~ not, although it would be fun.  The picture shows convention attendees waiting to enter General Session at convention ~ can you believe it?  There were approximately 3,500 demonstrators registered for the event (and everyone had a great time!).

Ronald McDonald set

General Session and everyone seems to be holding up the same stamp set, could that be?  Yes, Stampin' Up! made sure that each of us had the new stamp set, Moving Forward, which is designed specifically to support Ronald McDonald House Charities.  SU has contributed over $1 million to support children who have serious illnesses.

Moving Forward
We'll be using this stamp set at my Open House this coming weekend ~

Friday, 3 PM to 8 PM

Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM

I look forward to seeing you!

I Dig You

So, first of all I have to apologize to everyone who reads my blog ~ and, just plead confusion (and too much fun at convention I guess) ~ last week I told you that my Third Thursday Class would be creating cards for kids and, then, yesterday I sent out an email about my class tomorrow night ~ SYMPATHY CARDS!  So, tomorrow night is Sympathy cards and, next month will be Cards for Kids!

Happy Dirtday

This is my card for one of the swaps I participated in at Stampin' Up!'s convention in Salt Lake City last week.  It was an organized swap and each of us made 48 cards to swap!  Actually, I didn't have time to create, or make, this fun card ~ my creative & hard stamping friend, Sally Schwaner, made my swaps for me ~ thanks so much, Sally!
