Quick Tip

Quick card making tip using the ever useful Scallop Tag Topper Die (which we will be using in our May Stamp Club Project).  If you cut the card stock at 3 1/4" x 2" and punch both ends, it works perfectly with the Chalk Talk framelit!  (thanks to demonstrator J. Holmes for this super tip)  If you click on the product pictures below it will take you to the online store on my website.

Thanks for stopping by!  Susan Elise

Happy Demo Support Picture

Demo Support picture

#weloveDS

Yesterday I told you about those super staff members at Stampin' Up! who make up the Demonstrator Support group.  And, that demonstrators across the country (actually, around the world) were honoring them this week with special THANK YOU treats from all of us.  I thought you would like to see a picture that they sent back to us!  I talked to one of these ladies on the phone this afternoon and she said that they were having the best week ever!!!

I am so sorry for all of you who have been wondering about my blog and anxious about when I was going to post again.  This time, it ain't me, babe ~ typepad has had a criminal disruption and they have been working very hard to fix it so that all of us could begin posting again.  Sorry for the delays....

WeloveDS bookmarks

Today is a special day as Demonstrators all over the world celebrate those individuals at Stampin' Up! headquarters who support us on a daily basis ~ DEMONSTRATOR SUPPORT!  #weloveDS

On Monday afternoon I carved a stamp using the theme above, #weloveDS, and made bookmarks that I sent to headquarters for everyone on the Demo Support staff.  I don't think they will arrive until tomorrow or Friday but I wanted all the staff how much I appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to SU Demos.

Watercoloring With Clear Blocks

Did you know that you could create a card with the watercoloring technique using your clear blocks?  Not only is it possible, but it creates a beautiful background.  Check out the video below from Stampin' Up! and learn how you can turn your cards into watercolor wonders!

If you need to purchase any of the supplies used to create this technique, visit my online store here.  I'm always available to answer any questions as well.
