A new use for wonderful washi tape!

This morning was the meeting of my LUNCH BUNCH Stamp Club and Laurie was the hostess for the day.  'Lunch Bunch' translates into whomever is the hostess brings lunch and these ladies have been doing this for years.  Lunch is delicious and stamp club is always fun!  Today Abby said that she had seen on Pinterest a new use for washi tape ~

Laurie had rolled ham and turkey so I took toothpicks and made washi tape banners.  Just cut off about 3" of tape, wrap around a toothpick, squeeze the tape together and cut the end in a banner shape (once up the middle and then in from each corner to the center).  What do you think?  I thought I would share ~ you might want to use this idea for your Memorial Day picnic!!!  Thanks for stopping by!

On vacation....
