Katy emailed me recently with pictures of a card that she created for her friend, Ellie, who was driving across the country to take up residence in Colorado. It is so clever so I asked her if I could share it with you and here it is. Nice job, Katy!
There are so many things I like about this swap card! The card was part of our swap at my last team meeting ~ I think Kelly was the creator of the card but I'm not sure ~ darn, should have penciled in everyone's name. Anyway, the new stamp set is SEA STREET and the colors are new in-colors too ~ Mossy Meadow and Hello Honey (I am a big fan of Hello Honey!). The picture doesn't quite do the colors justice ~ you'll have to see them for yourself! We'll be using the new In-Colors at my OPEN HOUSE on Friday and Saturday ~ Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey, Lost Lagood, Mossy Meadow and Tangelo Twist. If you have the new catty already (I had friends picking them up all day Sunday!) let me know what you think ~ leave me a message on my blog!
HAPPY NEW CATALOG DAY! Today is the first day we can order from the new catty and it won't be until this afternoon sometime. Stampin' Up! needs time to load the new information into the ordering system. I mentioned in my last Newsletter that I would be posting a new HOSTESS CODE for this month and here it is: YBFMUGRU. And, also, that if you placed an online order of $50 or more from the new catalog I would send you a spool of Stampin' Up!'s NEW 1/4" COTTON RIBBON ~ all you have to do is tell me what color you would like to have ~ there are 12 to choose from! You can find the ribbon on page 207 in the new catty. That hostess code will be good all month and so is the ribbon offer!!!
Last Saturday I held my second Envelope Punch Board class. There are so many ways to use that tool, you just wouldn't believe it! I have already scheduled my next class ~ Envelope Punch Board III ~ for Sunday, July 27, at 2 PM.

Yesterday in my Envelope Punch Board II Class, Barbara Schweiger shared this picture with all of us. She loves Washi Tape and had gotten the idea for this way to store markers on Pinterest. Don't you love that she did? Great idea, great way to use Stampin' Up!'s Washi Tape to brighten, and organize, your supplies!
The 2014-2015 Stampin' Up! Catalog is available tomorrow (you can pick one up today if you would like).
