There are a couple of products on sale this week that I would definitely include in my stamp room. For instance I have spent a lot of time lately using my ENVELOPE PUNCH BOARD. On what you may ask ~ it wasn't envelopes (although I have made loads of envelopes previously) ~ it was this cute little owl! Click on the link below to download the OWL DIRECTIONS and make your own ~ who wouldn't love getting a little owl in the mail?
Instead of Throwback Thursday I think this may be 'Member Monday' as yesterday I started a job that I had been putting off for a long time (as in years), going through some of my file drawers with the intention of 'cleaning house'! I saved some of the cards I particularly liked and thought I would share them with you. Some of you have definitely been stamping with me long enough to remember making some of these samples, what do you think? Do you remember........
and, how about....
Leave a comment, let me know what you think, do you have any of these stamp sets on your shelves? They are treasures!!! Thanks for stamping with me and for stopping by! Susan Elise
I have been thinking that this wreath would look great on my green front door and that it would be easy to make. What do you think? Andrea shows us some 'hints' for easy construction!
This is my friend, Abby Geddes, and the wonderful Fall apron that she made recently. She is a very creative lady and one who is loads of fun to have in one of my Stamp Clubs. We met this week and she brought her Halloween apron which I love! The Edgar Allan Poe quote is so appropriate!!! Thanks, Abby
Do you have Stampin' Up!'s Heat & Stick Powder somewhere in one of your supply cupboards? I hadn't used mine in a long time but I got it out for my September Stamp Clubs to use and this is the card we created. Here are the directions if you are interested in using this great tool again ~

And, I love using the small Fall embellishments that come in three shapes ~ a leaf, an acorn and a little Fall banner ~ I sponged them using a sponge dauber to pick up a little color from my stamp pads. You can find them on page 43 in the holiday catalog. Enjoy! Susan Elise
I wanted to show you some Fall cards. This is one I made for our Team Meeting last weekend. I love the Acorn Punch ~ any excuse to use it is ok with me! If you have any questions about this card let me know. You'll find all of the Stampin' Up! products below ~ the majority are from the Holiday Catalog. Click on the picture if you are interested in purchasing anything ~ you'll go right to my online store. More Fall cards tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by!
I just can't get enough of this cute little owl ~ so much fun! Here is a sheet full of directions for this card, it is double sided so when you print it be sure to do both sides! If you would like to place an order so you can make this your card, just give me a call or click on any of the pictures below to go to my online store. Thanks for stopping by!
Do you have the STARS FRAMELITS? If not, this week would be a super good time to have them join your collection ~ and save $. I have an order going in tomorrow and would be happy to add this set for you. I find that this set is definitely one that I use constantly and I think you will too!
EMAIL ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO ADD THEM TO MY ORDER.
My sister, Sarah, brought a cooking magazine when she came up last week and I saw these cute cookies! I love acorn images (they matched my swap card!) so I made these little cookies for my team last weekend. I thought you might like to try them. You will need store-bought chocolate frosting, Hershey Kisses, mini vanilla wafers and butterscotch chips. I used the chocolate frosting as the 'glue' and put a little on the bottom of the vanilla wafer then added the Hershey Kiss. Hold it together for a couple of seconds and then add the butterscotch kiss to the top in the same way. Let stand for the frosting to set. Cookies can be made 3 days ahead and kept in an airtight container at a cool room temperature. Yummy (and easy)!
