TREATS!
My inspiration for this pretty (and easy) card came from the book of stamps, BOTANICAL ART, that you see in the picture. When mailing a package to my nephew, Mark, I saw these stamps and, of course, I had to have them. And, then ~ of course ~ I had to make a card when I got home. I used the stamp set, WHAT I LOVE, from the SALE-A-BRATION CATTY. We will be making this card at my LEAP INTO BIRTHDAY CARDS CLASS tomorrow ~ Monday, February 29 ~ LEAP DAY! Email me to join this fun class ~ you need to leap into a little break for yourself!
And, thanks to the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ~ more pretty stamps please!

Plus, here is the PROJECT SHEET for the POP-UP BIRTHDAY CARD from yesterday. I will be teaching you how to use the PARTY POP-UP THINLITS DIES in class on Monday ~ email me to join the class!
My LEAP INTO BIRTHDAY CARDS CLASS is Monday, February 29, to celebrate LEAP YEAR. Yesterday afternoon I decided to design one of the cards that we will be making in class on Monday. I used the dies in this video and they really do add a lot to a birthday card! Here's the card I made and that we will be making in class on this coming Monday at 6. I will add a PROJECT SHEET for the card tomorrow.
From Melissa: "Susan Elise - my new BEST friend Wink of Stella! Gold on the color, clear on the uncolored. Stunning!"
And, try Wink of Stella on ribbon, wooden elements, buttons, pearls, photos, washi tape and vellum. It always adds just that little bit of sparkle and is so easy to use. Thanks, Melissa!
Stampin' Up! recently posted lovely cards and gifts created by Global Artisan Design Team member Jessica Williams featuring the Easter Lamb Stamp Set, Birthday Blooms Stamp Set and Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper. I am hosting a small class on Saturday afternoon, March 5, at 2 PM using these same products............4 Easter cards, $20. Email me if you would like to be one of the six in the class! RSVP by March 1.
You can see more of these lovely cards on my FB page, Stamping Purrfection. You will love them!
I love using the STARS FRAMELITS and, with all the military personnel in our area, there are so many possibilities. So many THANK YOU CARDS to create! Here are some possible ideas for you!
I am sure you are wondering why I am posting a picture of our stamp pad, Mossy Meadow! My friend (and lovely cat quilt maker), Diane, arrived in the Studio yesterday afternoon with the stamp pad above. She purchased it last month and hadn't been able to open it. Her husband had not been able to open it. I could not open it and Alan could not open it (wo brute force which I would not let him try)! I made a phone call to DEMONSTRATOR SUPPORT this afternoon so that Diane could get her stamp pad returned or replaced to find out that this was not a new problem ~ rare, but not new! Christina in demo support explained that several stamp pads have suffered from a too precise vacuum seal and that she had a PDF to send me that addressed the problem!!! Who knew?? I tried the procedure outlined in the PDF while Christina was still on the phone but couldn't get it open (my hands aren't the strongest). Christina will send a new stamp pad directly to Diane and, in the meantime ~ Alan got the stamp pad open! And, it is fine. It was just STUCK! (So, if any of you would like a brand new MOSSY MEADOW STAMP PAD, leave a comment and I will have Alan draw a name ~ it may be YOURS!)

Moral of the story: Demo Support is very good at FIXING PROBLEMS so, if you ever have one with any of our products ~ please let me know! Hugs and thanks for stopping by, Susan Elise
The PICTURE PERFECT stamp set is on page 37 in Stampin' Up!'s OCCASIONS CATALOG and is perfect for creating depth and dimension to your stamped image. Today I have a PICTURE PERFECT PROJECT SHEET for you that will help you get the hang of using several stamps for one image. You will need to use the numbered tabs on the stamps. First turn them in the same direction, then stamp in numerical order.
