Lynne's stamp room organization

        

Love showing off someone's stamp room!  Lynne is a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and a member of my SU Team who has been working on redoing a bedroom in her home into her exclusive stamping space.  She recently mentioned that she was finishing up her project and I asked her to send me some pictures so that I could share her ideas with you.  Thank you, Lynne, for sharing and congratulations on a great job!  I know you will enjoy this well organized stamping space!

Another Sneak Peak!

Lantern Asia moves on...........

Last Sunday, Mother's Day, was the last day to tour LanternAsia which had been open since the beginning of March.  It was a spectacular show and, if you have been following my blog, you know that I have loved my walks (and one tram ride) through the lantern displays.  Curiosity got the best of me yesterday plus I needed a walk so I thought I would show you a few pictures of the dismantling process.  I found a lovely young Chinese lady working to cut cups and saucers off of the Pagoda and she said that they plan to be finished by Friday of this week so if you are interested you might stop by.

She has to cut the strings on each plate and each cup ~ all of them are tied on individually!  Sorry I didn't have Stampin' Up! SNIPS to give her, it would have gone so my more quickly!!!

Go Fly a Kite!

This is a card we made yesterday in my CRAFTY THURSDAY CLASS ~ so nice to have Marianna, Cindy and Diane join me!!  We used two stamp sets, one of which is retiring ~ HAPPY HOME from the Occasions Catalog.  The other stamp set is SHELTERING TREE which is safe for the time being.  I will be sending my card to Kyndall who is still in the hospital.  It has been a very long time and she has been through a great deal.  If you have an opportunity please put a card in the mail to her at her home address ~ 2317 Halyard Lane, Chesapeake,A, 23323.

Janie ~

This gorgeous card was created by Janie Dodge and she brought it to STAMP CLUB on Tuesday evening.  She used Watercolor Paper (page 148 in Stampin' Up!'s Annual Catalog) and then used the ROSE WONDER BUNDLE from the Occasions Catalog ~ just gorgeous!  She also brought a WEDDING CARD that she created.  Thanks so much for sharing, Janie!

Katy came to STAMP CLUB last night and while she was here she picked up her prize from entering a recent BLOG CONTEST ~ HER PRETTY ORANGE BOX IS MY PAPER PUMPKIN plus goodies for her!    The blog contest was to suggest super titles for the beautiful designer series paper that Janie created with the stamp set, BOTANICAL BLOOMS.  KATY also brought several cards that she had recently created to send to friends.  I asked her if I could share her ideas with you ~
