This beautiful designer series paper is gorgeous enough to be framed by itself but fabulous for cards, album pages and gift wrapping! Such a pretty card ~ wouldn't it make a great little gift box of cards for a friend?
This beautiful wreath is made using the SEE A SILHOUETTE DESIGNER SERIES PAPER (page 166) and the SEASONAL LAYERS DIES (page 195) ~ don't you just LOVE it! Can you see it on your front door or decorating your craft room wall? Lots of color!!!! And, the colors are Blackberry Bliss, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Mango Melody, Mossy Meadow, Night of Navy, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Poppy Parade, Real Red, Rich Razzelberry and Whisper White. All you need is your hot glue gun and the wreath base!!!
The DESIGNER SERIES PAPER SALE starts on September 4. The papers that are included are listed on the flyer below so be sure you download the flyer and choose your favorites! I will be posting some special projects that have been created by Stampin' Up! for this sale................stay tuned..........
Melissa was our GUEST ARTIST yesterday and I promised another card she made over the weekend PLUS PROJECT SHEET TUESDAY! Here is Melissa's card ~ so nice ~ you may want to make one too. And, underneath is the project sheet and card using the same stamp set ~ WATERFRONT on page 125 in the annual catalog. Thanks for sharing Melissa.
Melissa Burroughs is our GUEST ARTIST today. She sent me these cards last night ~ her weekend creative work. I know you remember the stamp set, SWIRLY BIRD, and the coordinating SWIRLY SCRIBBLES THINLITS from Stampin' Up!'s 2018-2019 ANNUAL CATALOG. Melissa shows us an entirely different way to use them ~ love the colors she used! And, do you think that the Take Your Pick Die Brush that we talked about yesterday would help with this project? I think the answer is YES!
She sent me another card that she made using the stamp set WATERFRONT on page 125 in our current catty. I'll post it tomorrow ~ on Project Sheet Tuesday. THANKS FOR SHARING MELISSA!
Stampin' Up! has so many intricately beautiful dies, such as the one below from the SPOOKTACULAR BASH BUNDLE on page 53 in the HOLIDAY CATALOG ~ CREATIVITY IS CALLING! It is really amazing how often we reach for one of these dies! But what if you're using a die and you can't detach all the little pieces that make it so intricate? That's why the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip (page 189 AC) is a must have! It easily removes small cut pieces from dies, and it fits into your Take Your Pick tool, so all you have to do is put the die-cut image on the foam pad, and run the brush over it to remove and excess paper from the die! Easy and done. Watch this video to make you life easier!
The GOOD MORNING MAGNOLIA BUNDLE can be found on page 37 in the annual catalog. The new STAMPIN' EMBOSS POWDER can be found on page 181 and includes both the SHIMMER BLACK & the SHIMMER WHITE! You will love using both of them!!! We used them in our stamp clubs this month and, although you can't see the sparkles (unfortunately!) these are the two cards that we made. Stop by the CAT/ART Studio to get a better look!
And, an embossing tip from Diane V. from this morning ~ I stopped by to deliver a cardstock order for her as she lives nearby. We were talking about the new embossing powders and she gave me a great tip about embossing and the STAMPARATUS! YOU CAN EMBOSS IN ANY COLOR!!!! Say that you are making six of the same card ~ stamp all six in Poppy Parade using the Stamparatus. Clean your stamp. Ink it up with VERSAMARK and stamp over the Poppy Parade image ~ emboss with CLEAR EMBOSSING POWDER!!!!
LOVE IT! THANKS DIANE!!!
Final Batch of Trimmer Blades
Good news! The final shipment of Stampin’ Trimmer Cutting Blades (item 126995) arrived early. We expected to receive this shipment from our vendor in September and therefore told you we would provide another batch of blades in September. However, because the blades arrived early and we do not want to hold them back from you and your customers, we are going to make these final blades available during the last week of August.
The final batch will be available on Tuesday, August 27, at 10:00 am (MT), and when they sell out they will be gone for good.
Please remember to share this information with your customers and consider inviting them to place their own order through the online store. In the past, blades have sold out within minutes and individuals placing single orders have had more success than demonstrators placing orders for multiple customers. And remember, the limit is three blades per customer (customer or workshop order) or demonstrator.
Shop my online store by clicking on the link SHOP NOW above ~ at the top of the blog ~ second line on the right. Good Luck!
New Paper Trimmer
Also, we are excited to announce that we will have a new paper trimmer available for demonstrators to purchase before the end of 2019, which will sell for $25 usd/$34 cad.
We will provide more information when the trimmers arrive in our warehouses.
You can find this SUITE on page 133 in Stampin' Up!'s annual catalog. As a demonstrator each Tuesday I receive information about products in the catalog that I can pass on to you. So, look below this vibrant picture to see what Stampin' Up! has to say about the suite.

The See a Silhouette Suite is full of inspiration and adventure, with quotes and sentiments that highlight what’s really important in life. You can use the dies and the shimmer Stampin’ Emboss Powder that comes with the suite, or you can think outside of the card and make a memorable tribute to someone important to you, like the Forever frame we have in the samples above. |
They will love the unique style of the See a Silhouette suite. So share these samples with your customers to celebrate any adventure they’ve had or to inspire them to take a new one! |
