Christmas is officially less than a month away! Thanksgiving was as late as it could be and it gives all of us less time to prepare for the 25th! My goodnes ~ my list is long! It also means it is time to talk about snow ~ the Let It Snow Suite on page 18 through 21 in the Holiday Catalog. Some of you have already had some snow and, though we don't get it often, I always hope that it will arrive on the next gray day! This suite features plenty of cute images of snowmen and it includes a perfect snowman punch! You even get the Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box Dies that are perfect for little gifts (and, so easy to make ~ see the video below if you haven't tried one of these little boxes yet).

This card uses the CHRISTMASTIME IS HERE SUITE which Stampin' Up! brought out to celebrate the season. It is a bundle (153944) or a suite (153947) with many beautiful products including Specialty DSP, Roses Dies, Gold Shimmer Ribbon, Gold Glitter Enamel Dots and two stamp sets (and, a gold bracelet ~ who knew?). It is a year round set ~ I can see it as a birthday card, thinking of you or a sympathy card. We embossed the image with Gold Embossing Powder and used BLENDS to add color ~ Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Soft Suede (pine cones) and Poppy Parade (berries). The envelope is gold embossed. The beautiful stamp set, LIGHT & PEACE, is on page 29 in the Holiday Catalog. This is one of the cards from Saturday's class featuring the stamp set. We embossed the angel with gold embossing powder and layered her on gold foil. The DSP is not current. I knew I wanted paper that had some gold in it and couldn't find anything current so I went to my 'gold drawer' and found this paper from several years ago. It is good to hold on to paper you love! The shapes are cut with the STITCHED NESTED LABELS on page 196 in the annual catalog.

We'll be making this GIFT CARD HOLDER in my Christmas Card Class tomorrow morning at ten. The card uses the Christmastime is Here Suite of products which are just beautiful! The Designer Series Paper is particularly beautiful as it is highlighted in gold. And, I cut the rose design on the front of this card out of the DSP! I didn't stamp it or color it ~ just cut it out with the die that matches and glued it in place! It's almost time and we all want to be ready to wrap it up! Stampin' Up! is helping us this year with the TOILE TIDINGS GIFT WRAP on page 7 in the Holiday Catalog.
