As we continue to be homebound it is always good to spend a little (or, a lot of) time being creative ~ it soothes nerves and makes the time go by a little more quickly. My friend, Dorothea Aull who goes by Dory, sent me a card yesterday. The base card was one we used in our stamp clubs this month but Dory was unable to come so I forwarded her the base card and she changed it up a bit. The designer series paper is FLOWERING FOILS in the second release of SAB products ~ so pretty! (Third release available soon!) Thanks, Dory!
My two additional cards were sent to me yesterday by my friend, Diane Voskuhl. Diane is an avid card maker who donates her cards to significant causes supporting the military. The first card that she sent me is using vellum. She embossed the design with white embossing powder and colored the back side of the vellum with markers. She adhered the vellum to cardstock and fussy cut. She recommends a video by Jennifer Macquire. Diane's second card uses scraps from her 'collection'! Nice!
Thanks Ladies! If you would like to send me your homebound creations I will be happy to let you inspire others on my blog! Just email me! Happy Wednesday!
