Stampin' Up!.....available early! Oh my!

I do hope that you are not getting tired of me talking about the new Die Cut & Embossing Machine!  I know I am excited to have mine in the Cat/Art Studio.  And, tomorrow ~ September 1 ~ everyone can order their own!  And, tomorrow we can ALL also order the Magnetic Plate.

Here's what Stampin' Up! has to say about it ~

Good news! Our vendor was able to produce and ship our new Magnetic Cutting Plates earlier than anticipated and it will be available for both you and your customers to order starting 1 September! The Magnetic Cutting Plate is not required for use with your new machine but is fun to incorporate into your die-cutting experience. It is a thin, fully magnetic sheet with a self-healing cutting surface and holds dies securely in place, even nested dies. This slim, portable sheet replaces a Cutting Plate in your sandwich, making it even easier to take with you.

Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine ~ you'll love it!

Here's the card that I created using the CELEBRATION TIDINGS BUNDLE (page 58 in the Mini Catalog).  All the stamps (including the spiders) are included in the stamp set.  I strung the spiders on with orange thread (using black Dimensionals!) and created the background (Pumpkin Pie cardstock) using the Cobwebs Embossing Folder on page 53.

Happy Haunting

I will show you another card using this stamp set tomorrow and ~ it's easy peasy!

Redeem Your Coupons!

Please check to make sure you have redeemed all of the BONUS COUPONS that you earned in July ~ Monday is the last day you can redeem them for $5 each on your order!  At the beginning of August I mentioned that I had some extra coupons that I would LOVE to give to those of you who commented on my post about the offer.  Comments came from Lynne Henderson, Melissa Burroughs, Dory Aull and Diane Gibson!  Thanks and please send me an EMAIL or message me so that I can give you your COUPONS!

Tuesday Project Sheet

It's almost time for a little HALLOWEEN FUN and this card would be a great place to start.  the card encompasses 'spooky stuff' from several bundles ~ Magic In This Night and Everything Essential, both in the Mini Catalog.  The Everything Essential Bundle is on page 61 and the stamp set is bundled with the Essential Tag Punch (on the card below).  Enjoy!

A Granddaughter Card....

This card is so cute I just had to show you ~ and, it is one you might want to CASE!  The card is a birthday card created by Lynne Henderson for a great granddaughter in North Carolina whose birthday wish is for a 'makeup kit' that she saw in a local store.  (I don't think I knew what makeup was when I was turning 7!)  Lynne, the card is terrific (and, she will LOVE it!)

Do you have a card or stamped project that you would like to share?  Let me know ~ my blog is dedicated to sharing CREATIVITY ~ YOURS and mine!

Sunday mystery....Simple Stems?

Our friend, Rusty, is looking for this stamp set.  She would like to buy it from one of you who may have it in your collection if it is not one you use currently and would part with it.  The name of the set is SIMPLE STEMS and it is a set of seven.  I don't know the year or the catalog.  I haven't been able to find it in the catalogs I have (but, I don't have ALL the catalogs), can you help?  Rusty is willing to pay full price for the set.  Let me know ~ thanks!

August Paper Pumpkin honoring Heroes

HEROES?  FIRE, HOSPITALS ~ NURSES, CAREGIVERS ~ GROCERY STORES, DRUG STORES, VETS, TEACHERS, PARENTS, MILITARY, RESTAURANT OWNERS & EMPLOYEES.  I am sure you can think of more!  In fact, leave me a message about this post.  Tell me who your heroes are and why.  I'll put everyone's name in a basket and let Alan choose the winner of my second kit.  The finished cards in the PAPER PUMPKIN KIT ~ World's Greatest Heroes are below, I finished them this afternoon and can't wait to send them (or, give them) ~ I have a list!  I know you can think of plenty of deserving individuals to receive these nine cards!
