Love this card and love this technique! I belong to a card making co-op which is a wonderful group of talented stampers. Once a month we submit our personal card to the co-op and that enables all of us to have access to all of the other cards submitted by members. I feel so fortunate to be part of this group and to be able to share with you on PROJECT SHEET TUESDAY! When I first looked at this card I thought that Stampin' Up! had printed some new designer series paper but no! This lovely background is created with strips of three of our beautiful cardstock ~ so clever! And, you can find the stamp set on page 103 in the Annual Catalog.
