You can find this beautiful designer series paper on page 131 in Stampin' Up!'s annual catalog.  EXPRESSIONS IN INK (#155464) is 12" x 12" specialty paper.  Specialty paper?  In this case it means that a gold foil design has been added to many of the sheets of paper.  It is $15 per package of 12 sheets, 2 each of 6 double sided designs.
