Friends are like seashells...........

.......you collect them along the way.  That's a sentiment from Stampin' Up!'s Bundle ~ FRIENDS ARE LIKE SEASHELLS on page 27 in the annual catalog.  This bundle was introduced as a SUITE previously and has been very popular.  It includes 23 photopolymer stamps and 6 dies.  It is a purrrrfect summer set.  Here are several cards I have made with this bundle.

I used GILDED LEAFING Ipage 143) on this one. I don't think I did a very good job but I do like the card.

HAPPY FRIDAY!  Above is the die collection that is bundled with the stamp set ENCIRCLED IN FRIENDSHIP on page 70 in Stampin' Up!'s annual catalog.  BUT, on page 70 it is very difficult to see the diagram of the dies, it is really faded out or I am just getting VERY OLD!!!!  We used this stamp set ~

in all of our stamp clubs for this month.  It is great bundle and the dies can certainly be used with or without the stamps!  Here is the card we completed in class (it really is an easy peasy card!) ~and, two more samples for you ~

Which Black Ink Do I Use?

MEMENTO TUXEDO BLACK

General purpose ink.

Fade resistant.

Dries fast but make sure it is dry before coloring.

You can use with Stampin' Blends.

Clean with water or Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner, page 145 Annual Catalog (AC).

STAZON INK & CLEANER

Permanent ink.

Great for using watercolors or stamping on nonporous surfaces like window sheets, cellophane bags, etc.

Clean stamps with StazOn Cleaner after using StazOn ink.

To protect the adhesive on cling stamp labels, rinse cling stamps with water immediately after using StazOn Cleaner.

You can find StazOn Black and Brown ink and the cleaner on page 129 AC.

Stampin' Up! made this information available today in the demonstrator's WEEKLY UPDATES and I thought it was important to share with you.

GLOBAL SHIPPING IMPACT UPDATE

In April we sent an email and Sara shared a video addressing global shipping delays triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of these shipping issues, we made the decision to postpone the launches of the July–December 2021 Mini Catalog and the July–August 2021 Sale-A-Bration brochure.

We’ve continued to closely monitor the global shipping situation throughout 2021 and want you to know that we’re still averaging shipping delays of 4–6 weeks. Despite our best efforts to account for these challenges—including purchasing new product inventory much earlier than usual—the impact persists.

These delays will likely affect products into 2022, but as we continue to monitor the situation, we will look for ways to mitigate the impact and make decisions with both demonstrator and company needs in mind. Because we know that many of you plan for your business far in advance, we’ll be sure to communicate updates as soon as we receive them.

The Adventure Begins

That's the title of the JUNE PAPER PUMPKIN that I took with me when we left for a weekend at our cottage in Shipman, VA.  Shipman is off of Rt. 29 half way between Charlottesville and Lynchburg in the Blue Ridge Mountains.  I grabbed my latest, June, Paper Pumpkin box as I walked out the door and sat down later that day to assemble.  As I hadn't looked in the box at home I was pleasantly surprised to see the three designs (four cards of each design) and even more surprised to recognize that the surrounding scenery looked very much like the cards that I was creating.    What a treat!!!!
