Heart & Home Suite

Another selection from the new Mini Catalog ~ you can find the suite, HEART & HOME,  on pages 58 - 61.  The suite includes two Bundles that coordinate really well together.  The card below is from the Blessings of Home Bundle and uses the Heart & Home DSP.  The color is added with the following Blends Combo Packs ~ Soft Succulent, Pale Papaya, Cinnamon Cider and Fresh Freesia.  All of the information is on the Project Sheet that I have added below (forgot to do this on my usual Tuesday ~ sorry!).  You might want to print it and save it if you like this suite!  The suite also includes Doilies, a Memories & More card pack and cards and envelopes!

Red Buffalo Plaid

I made this birthday card for my sister, Sarah, whose birthday is at the end of November.  I had just gotten this Gingham Embossing Folder which you can find on page 9 in the Mini Catalog.  It is part of the SWEET TALK SUITE and you can see two ways to use it in the pictures on page 8.  Use it to create background texture on your cardstock like the Happy Valentine's Day card on the left or use it with ink to create an obvious gingham pattern like the card next to it with the tiny envelopes.  The ink goes directly on the embossing folder so that when it is pressed through the Cut & Emboss Machine it creates texture and design.

I am sure you have seen lots of samples of recent products using the Red Buffalo Plaid.  I like it!  One of my gifts to Sarah was a pillow in this pattern and I even found wrapping paper to match!

Happy Hedgehogs

You can find this cute little hedgehog on page 64 in the MINI CATALOG.  The stamp set is bundled with the Hedgehog Builder Punch to make our creative job so much easier!  Just stamp and punch.  Here is a little information about this mammal ~

What are hedgehogs?

They are a small mammal with short limbs and a body low to the ground. Their most distinctive characteristic is the thousands of stiff, sharp spines — harder and sharper than those of a porcupine — that cover the animal’s back and sides, like a pincushion filled with needles.

Has it arrived?

Has what arrived?  Did you find the combined package of Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration brochure in your mail box yesterday or today?  I am hearing from many of you that the package has arrived.  And, I am so pleased and thought I would give you a reason to 'study' that brochure a little closer.......

So pretty and a combination of two of the products in the Sale-a-bration (SAB) brochure ~     SPECIAL MOMENTS stamp set on page 14 and DAFFODIL AFTERNOON DSP on page 4.   So, if for some reason your combo package has not arrived by the weekend let me know as I have ordered enough to make sure that everyone who wants one has one!!  Let me know.  Both the catalog and the brochure go 'live' on January 4 and I will have stamp clubs and classes to introduce you to these products in person.

Color & Contour Bundle

We used the dies from the COLOR & CONTOUR BUNDLE on our stamp club project this month (the coolest little penguin ever, remember?  See it here.).  Here are some more ideas for you using this fabulous bundle that you can find on page 98 in Stampin' Up!'s Annual Catalog.  The bundle includes the Color & Contour stamp set and the Scalloped Contours Dies.
