More Glitter

Love this Glitter Washi Tape on page 57 in the Fall Mini Catalog!  It is a little hard to find so look at the top of the page on the left side.  And, you'll find the BEWITCHING BUNDLE on the same page with witch hat stamps and the punch used on this card.

To create the hats line up the washi tape like this and then punch the hats at an angle.
