Last day to order from the May 2023 - April 2024 annual catalog and the January ~ April 2024 Mini Catalog is Tuesday, April 30 ~ just two days away.  I will be placing one last order on Tuesday morning.  If you would like me to include something on your list please let me know today or tomorrow (email me or text me ~ either is fine).

Zinnia Class tomorrow ~ sample

I am posting a PROJECT SHEET as a sample for my ZINNIA CLASS that is tomorrow morning.  This is an 'addition' not one we are creating tomorrow.  My apologies for not posting since the 17th ~ my computer has been hospitalized since then and just returned ~ as I did after spending part of the week in Virginia Beach with my sisters touring beautiful homes for Garden Week.  It was wonderful being with Sarah, Judy and Laura ~ a treat!  Enjoy the project!

When you receive your new catalog and have a chance to enjoy the changes that you see turn to page 140 to view the INDEX.  It is a very detailed index which is great but sometimes we need something more 'general'.  A lovely demonstrator in England recently posted another index, a simplified version, that you can download, print, trim and adhere to the inside back of your catalog cover.  Try it and let me know what you think.  Thank you Liz Shannon!!!

Layered Florals Thank You Card

There are so many ways to use the Layered Florals 3D embossing folder! Each beautiful flower in this folder will add depth and movement to any card, scrapbook page, gift tag, or other paper craft. #162935, $11, p 65 Mini Catty Here’s an easy card idea using this folder and your Stampin’ Blends to create a real standout feature.  This folder has been very popular ~ so popular that it is being carried over into the new annual catalog.  And, speaking of the new catty ~ it is being delivered to my stamping friends as we speak.  I have had a number of messages in the last three days that it has arrived!  Yours is on its way!  (If you don't receive it soon, please let me know as I will have one for you!) Supplies Stamp set: Earthen Textures (161504) Ink: Tahitian Tide (159210) Stampin’ Blends: Tahitian Tide (159221); Parakeet Party (159220); Daffodil Delight (154883) Paper and cutting dimensions: Basic White: 8 ½” x 5 ½”; 3 ¾” x 5”; 5” x ½” Tahitian Tide: 5 ¼” x 4” Misc: Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder (162935); Multipurpose Liquid Glue; Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine; Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels (158987); Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush (141897) Instructions: 1. Fold Basic White cardstock in half and score to create card base. 2. Adhere Tahitian Tide layer to card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. 3. Dry emboss Basic White layer using Layered Florals 3D embossing folder. (insert Layered Florals Embossed1) 4. Color one flower using Tahitian Tide, Parakeet Party and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends. 5. Brush Ink of Stella over center of flower (colored with Daffodil Delight blends). (insert Layered Florals Coloring2) 6. Adhere embossed layer to card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. 7. Ink phrase using Tahitian Tide ink and stamp onto Basic White strip. Adhere to card front. 8. Using Tahitian Tide Stampin’ Blend, color 2 Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels. Add Jewels to card front to complete card.

I haven't tried this but I will.  I thought I would share it first and see what you thought, let me know ~ have you tried it?  We all know that it can be a problem so it may be a fix!
